Yes, I did the mental math on that, too, when I joined the Partnership program, and it seemed a bizarre method of payment, that some reads would of necessuty pay less than other reads. It is a nonsense way to "pay" writers.

My experience here on Medium so far has told me that, moneywise, Medium is not worth it, and Mr. Stubblebine's consistent comments bear that out, when he says not to rely on Medium for your sole income.
