What?! No, Ma'am; this is bullshit. I am a native Texan, born in 1964, and stealing is never "patriotic," no matter whom you steal from. Come on, we are not living in the age of the Cattle Raid of Cooley.
It may be happening; I don't know--but it is not okay.
Anyone who tells you that stealing is okay under any circumstance is deluding themselves.
