THANK YOU for being the first writer about passive income I've seen who is honest about the need to spend some time developing the passive income stream before it becomes truly passive

Real estate interests me, especially the idea of renting storage units, but I have seen second-hand too many horror stories of how awful tenants have trashed rental homes that I am very leery of real estate. I wouldn't mind going in for an AirBnB, though.
