I've learned that I don't have to do everything every day.

I work full-time and take a college course in the evenings. There is no realistic way that I can commit to writing a blog post every day, or my coursework will suffer.
Sure, I want to be one of these people who writes a blog post a day, but if I'm to be honest and realistic, that is not a goal I should have now. For now, finishing my degree should be my goal on weeknights, and I can write on weekends, when I have time. That's just the way life is. That's the trade-off. That's the opportunity cost.
