It is no surprise to me if wives are irritable. I am married to a man whose mother apparently never taught him to wash dishes. Ske apparently also never taught him how to stack dirty dishes.

I'm cool with washing the dishes, as he does all the cooking and dish washing is thus my part of the labor. But how can you not have the common sense to know that breakable plates go on the bottom of the sink, with plastic plates on top of them, and bowls on top of the plates? How do you grow up lacking this understanding of basic physics? The mind boggles.

If all men are this clueless about such simple things, no wonder wives are irritated.
