I'm an INTJ woman, too! And, dang, a lot of what you described is very like me. I created a work uniform for myself: black slacks and an interesting, pretty shirt. I'm totally cool with wearing jeans and a black t-shirt. I too know exactly where to go in a store to find the kind of clothes I want. I wear as little make-up and jewelry as possible. When I know what I want and how to approach it, I go for it.
