I know why I'm not as successful as I'd like to be: because I would rather make jewelry than sell it. I don't want to have to do the things necessary to start a jewelry business--market research, a business plan, all the recordkeeping. I just like to make jewelry.

So I decided I'll make it to give it away. My church has taken up doing a rummage sale each year, and I plan to sell pieces there, and I can also donate pieces to Eastern Star auctions.
