I know a psychiatrist who is so entitled that, when I told him my home was too messy and I needed to understand why I was having difficulty keeping it clean, he too suggested that I get a housekeeper.

I concluded that he was clueless because 1. I couldn't afford a housekeeper. 2. I would have to get the house into a fit state for me to allow a prospective housekepper to even see it and 3. He was completely missing a psychological issue that I could have paid him money for assistance with treating.

I never went back.
