I have yet to exceed $2.00 in earnings per month here. I would love to learn how you're making as much as you are.

One thing I have learned is that you don't earn the same amount per reader. How much you earn per reader depends on how many articles the reader has read per month. So you will earn less from people who read a lot, versus people who don't read as much on Medium. That's my understanding of it anyway.
